• Filmyticket.com offers uses a unique platform to book tickets of various cinemas and films from a single website.
• Filmyticket.com sells tickets on behalf of Cinemas / Event organizers and does not control the inventory or its availability.
• Tickets are available only in the quantities advertised.
• The timings mentioned on the site are as per the information conveyed by the actual Cinemas / Event organizers but assumes no liability in case of they being changed.
• Filmyticket.com functions as a facilitator and assumes no liability with respect to the quality of the actual service provided. Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your booking details. Filmyticket.com prohibits exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. Filmyticket´s liability is limited to providing customer support and information regarding its services provided, and to the extent of payment for services offered by it.
• Please double check your order before submitting. We encourage you to check the dates and venues to ensure you are ordering the exact event you desire. Double check with other members of your party to make sure you are ordering the correct quantity of tickets. Once an order is placed there are no cancellations, refunds or exchanges.
• Once your order is confirmed, you will be notified on the webpage or via email. Filmyticket.com is not responsible for confirmation not received. If you do not receive a reference/confirmation code (in the form of a confirmation page or email) after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm the same form your booking history or call us on Number +91 9137926178 whether or not your order has been confirmed. Under such circumstances since the ticket being booked at your end you are the only person aware of any problems Filmyticket.com will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation. Any dispute regarding the same shall be between the Cinemas / Event organizers and you.
• If the amount you pay for a ticket is incorrect regardless of whether because of an error in a price posted on this web site or otherwise communicated to you, or you are able to order a ticket before its scheduled on-sale or presale date or you are able to order a ticket that was not supposed to have been released for sale, then: Filmyticket.com reserves the right to cancel that ticket (or the order for that ticket) and refund the amount to your credit card, except for the convenience fee. This will apply regardless of whether because of human error or a transactional malfunction of this web site.
• Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter/organizer. Should this occur you are advised to take up the issue directly with the actual Event organizers/Cinemas. For rescheduled events no refunds, exchanges or credits will be issued. If an event is postponed the tickets will be honored for new date of show. New tickets will not be issued.
• Once you purchase a ticket there are no refund, cancellation or exchange. If the seat locations you have requested are no longer available, an alternative arrangement shall be made by the Cinema /Event Organizer.
• Weather conditions may delay, postpone or cancel an event on any day; you shall assume all weather risks as there will be NO refunds for rain-outs or other weather conditions, acts of Nature or other events which disrupt exhibition.
• We reserve the right to upgrade your tickets to equal or better seats at the same price without notification.
• We collect taxes as required by law.
• Please check the censor warning before buying the tickets. Children below the age of 18 will not be allowed entry for an (A) rated movie. Also please check for any additional ratings/entry restrictions that may be applicable for events/movies from time to time.
