• Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter/organizer. Should this occur you are advised to take up the issue directly with the actual Event organizers/Cinemas. For rescheduled events no refunds, exchanges or credits will be issued. If an event is postponed the tickets will be honoured for new date of show. New tickets will not be issued.
• Once you purchase a ticket there are no refund, cancellation or exchange. If the seat locations you have requested are no longer available, an alternative arrangement shall be made by the Cinema /Event Organizer.
